AI will provide quick advice on HOW to DO practical things. I think people want a more personalized support for figuring out the challenges they are facing. Advice from family and friends, self improvement courses and self-help books often involve generic skills and tools that may more may not work. As coaching becomes more mainstream, accessible and affordable, I think the demand for live one-on-one coaching will grow as people seek to figure out how to tackle their unique wants and needs.

I wonder if

coaches could start using VR for things like leadership simulations or team-building exercises? I read about a tech company in Singapore using VR to train employees. It feels like this could bring a new level of immersion to coaching, especially for skill development.

: Greetings from Argentina! Leadership skills will evolve through immersive simulations and role-playing, enabling safe practice in decision-making and conflict resolution. Smart tools like wearables and productivity apps will measure coaching outcomes, focusing on productivity, well-being, and balance. Coaching for adaptability, resilience, and prediction will grow. AI and big data will make coaching more precise, identifying real-time patterns for effective adjustments and improved results.

I have a feeling that

self-coaching is about to get a major upgrade. AI won’t replace coaches, but it will become a thinking partner — tracking emotions, spotting patterns, and nudging us toward better decisions. Imagine an AI that asks the right questions, senses stress, and adapts its approach based on how you think and what you feel Add neuroscience, and self-coaching moves beyond reflection to real-time state management. The future? AI as a co-pilot, making self-coaching a daily habit, not an occasional practice.
