Biography
Jonathan is a chartered psychologist, coach, author and researcher. He has published widely with over 40 books on coaching, leadership, change, mindfulness and career development. His work includes ‘Becoming a Coach; The Essential ICF Guide’, Routledge’s ‘The Coaches Handbook’ series and books on careers, mindfulness, and organizational psychology. His books have been translated into multiple languages including Korean, Japanese, and Farsi. He has also been prolific in his research publications with more than 250 scientific papers and book chapters. Jonathan’s background is in organizational leadership and consulting, having worked for PWC, IBM, and OPM. He was the Inaugural Chair of the British Psychological Society’s Division of Coaching Psychology, professor at Henley Business School and Senior VP at EZRA Coaching.
