What relationship has been most influential in your life?

My late father has always played an influential role in my life. He was an innate enabler, who empowered and encouraged through simple words and questions and even through empowering silences, which gave me my voice and an acknowledgement of my authentic self. He taught me not to fear dreaming big or beyond my comfort zone, encouraged me from a young age that we can embrace our mistakes and learn from them. He typified quiet leadership, and I will forever be grateful to him for his holistic influences that I absorbed at a young age before his passing.
