Biography
As the founder and CEO of EPOG Academy, Tim and his team advance their mission to make personal development part of education. They take an evidence-based approach and bring professional coaching to high school students in underserved communities to enhance their achievement and wellbeing. Tim is also a certified Leadership Coach with his ACC accreditation from the International Coaching Federation and has his bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Rice University where he has a peer-reviewed publication.

My relationship with my parents. They created an environment that lead to me developing a sense of hope, self-efficacy, and agency.
