Anke Paulick

Anke Paulick is co-founder and co-CEO of the digital coaching start-up evoach. As a certified coach (PCC) with many years of digital experience, she accompanies coaches on their way into the (digital) future. Anke has accompanied the beginnings of digitization in various industries and developed them into successful digital business models, e.g. as a corporate executive at Lufthansa, Bertelsmann, and United Internet. Anke is a business economist, holds an MBA from the University of Oxford and has trained as a systemic coach, facilitator, scrum master, and team coach.

Convinced of the impact digital coaching can have in a dynamic world, she co-founded evoach in 2019. evoach is an AI-powered platform that enables coaching providers to easily create custom coaching chatbots and programs based on proven coaching approaches, models and tools. Coaches can use the chatbots for better preparation, follow-up, digitization of repetitive topics, supervision or to create their own high quality digital coaching products. Together with her co-founder she is hosting the interview podcast “The Future of Coaching”.

In an honorary capacity, Anke has been part of the board of ICF Germany since 2021 where she has been responsible for virtual education and digitization. She has set up a new line of events for Coaching Tech. She is a key member of the cross national European Union funded ICF Coach-IT project, which is developing a learning platform for coaches on the use of technology in coaching.

It always inspires me to explore how technology can improve the lives of many people. It inspires me to engage with visionaries in their field about the best use of technology. And I love discussing business cases and change in the coaching industry with experts. The term “democratization of coaching” has been a bit overused lately, but now with AI going mainstream, we have the chance to achieve this goal on a broad scale for the first time.
