I am a futurist specializing in the future of higher education. As a researcher along that line, I’ve published Academia Next and The New Digital Storytelling; forthcoming is Universities on Fire: Higher Education in the Age of Climate Crisis. I also run the Future Trends Forum, a weekly live video conversation about higher education’s future, now in its sixth year. I teach classes in Georgetown University’s Learning, Design, and Technology graduate program.
