Grounded in global insights, foresight methods, and creative storytelling, we invite you to imagine what coaching could become and how today’s actions influence what comes next.

The future is not fixed. Help shape it.

I am noticing that

I started using this mindfulness app that links to my smartwatch, and it’s been a game changer for tracking my stress. It made me think, what if coaching uses more of that? A client wearing something that tracks their focus or anxiety during sessions and you could see that data. It feels like it could take coaching to a whole new level to use tech with a personal touch.

I am curious about

how simultaneous translation can reflect cadence, tone, and the same cultural biases. I believe that, for simultaneous interpretation, not only the language but also the region, age, and other factors will matter a lot.

I have a feeling that

mentoring and supervision for human coaches will still be viable at least in the next 5 years but I am concerned if these 2 aspects of reflective work of a coach will also be replaced by AI. In the mentoring space, I note that the use of tools such as Raenotes can pick up coaching competencies in an audio recording with about 60% accuracy. ChatGPT, Claude, etc. can engage in intellectual discussions on issues faced by a coach and provide almost similar support as a human mentor and supervisor.

I am curious about

I have a feeling that

people in India strongly need training needs and that can be fulfilled through coaching. Traditional Indian teaching methods were Coach- based where the Guru used to impart the education. Now, the Compliance Industry needs trainers more than ever to fill the gap and get the workforce trained.

It is not going to be replaced by AI at any cost.
