I have 20+ years of experience as a coach. Since 2010, I hold the Master Certified Coach (or MCC) certificate from the International Coaching Federation, which is the highest level of certification recognized internationally. Since I obtained my MCC certificate I have been an examiner for the international coaching federation at MCC level. I am also a global entrepreneur since I run three companies, two in France and one in the US. I provide individual, team and group coaching worldwide, as well as Leadership Programs. I am fortunate to have loyal clients with whom I have worked for years, as well as new clients, in Fortune 500 & CAC 40 companies. In addition to my work as a coach, I am also a writer – I just finished my third book on coaching for Executives and Managers which for the moment is in French. As an expert coach, I regularly contribute to Forbes articles with my insights. I also actively participate in the International Coaching Federation advancement as a Vice-Chair of the Thought Leadership Institute.

What relationship has been most influential in your life?
I have several of them: first my family. My husband is a successful entrepreneur and yet humble. My two daughters who teach me about inclusiveness and new ways of thinking. Second my best friends who are curious and smart who challenge me. Third contemporary art, my passion since it’s a way at looking at today’s world under different facets. And, of course, my clients who are great leaders and who strive for excellence and give their best in these challenging times.
