José Miguel Justel, Ph.D., MCC

José Miguel Justel, Ph.D., MCC, is a licensed psychologist specializing in organizational psychology and higher education institutions. José holds a bachelor’s degree in science specializing in public health education from the University of Puerto Rico Medical Sciences Campus, and both a master’s in industrial psychology and a doctorate in industrial organizational psychology from Carlos Albizu University. Additionally, he obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in diplomacy and international relations awarded by the Center for Advanced Studies of Puerto Rico and the Caribbean. Obtaining a Master Certified Coach (MCC) certification through International Coaching Federation, the highest level of certification recognized internationally, José is the Founder and CEO of Just Tell & Done, a company focused on organizational development strategies, mentoring, and coaching.

José serves on the Board of Directors for the Luis Miranda Foundation (Universidad Universal) and for the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act – Carolina. José is the former General Manager of Universia Puerto Rico, a university collaboration project sponsored by Santander Bank, the Corporate Director at Universia’s Global Executive Development Center, former Chief Learning Officer for Santander Bank, and Director for Santander Universities division. For twenty years, José served as a faculty member at the Graduate School of Psychology in the Inter American University of Puerto Rico and Albizu University.
