Biography

Andrea Serbonich is a consultant, coach, and facilitator. She specializes in consulting and developing employee programs, communications, and engagement strategies for global organizations that foster positive workplace cultures. She has consulted for Fortune 1000 global companies across industries including finance, tech, professional services, and retail. In 2020, Andrea responded to the Covid 19 pandemic by creating a full suite of 40+ virtual global employee programs to help her clients pivot and support employees through her work at HealthKick where she is currently the Director of Programs & Engagement. She has since worked with 60+ clients consulting on global employee programs for their hybrid and remote workforces. Previously, Andrea worked with Balance Integration, a culture transformation firm, consulting global organizations on employee programs and engagement strategies. She received her B.S. in Public Relations at the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. She is currently working towards a Master’s at NYU in Executive Coaching & Organizational Consulting with a focus on change management, transformation, behavior change, & adult learning. Andrea is also working towards her PCC level coaching certification with ICF. Andrea is passionate about her work with Reality, a Charles and Lynn Schusterman Family Philanthropies initiative where she serves as a facilitator and wellness leader with the mission to develop leadership, allyship, advocacy, and continuous learning.

What inspires you?

Human resilience and our ability to pivot and transform for the better. I’m always inspired by growth and development – both personal and professional. I am a life long learner, extremely curious, and a sponge for information.

What relationship has been most influential in your life?

The relationship with my mother. She is the most beautiful, strong, and amazing woman. She truly sees me and accepts me. That unconditional love from a mother is so powerful and I am very lucky to have a wonderful relationship with my mother. She is my favorite human.
