I have a feeling that...in the coming years, coaching will evolve from a niche professional service into the very fabric of how we work, lead, and relate to one another and I see this evolution as driven by two seemingly opposing, yet complementary forces: the efficiency of technology and the irreplaceability of the human touch, which will require even higher skills. Perhaps the most significant shift will be the expansion of coaching into the broader social fabric, including education and parenting.
