I am noticing that...AI could help Coaches by providing high-resolution supervision so that they may know and address their own blind spots. AI could help coachees to understand coaching better, and it may even help some of them even save Coaching fees. It would miss the human connection, the human capacity to notice, observe and respond to energy and emotional shifts, but I am not worried about it :)) Its a language model, after all, and not a real embodiment of whatever coaching stands.
