Pame Barba (she/her/ella) believes it is up to us to create the world we want to live in.

She works at the intersection of leadership development, communications, and innovation. She’s a strategist, a leadership coach, a speaker, and a facilitator. Her grounded advice has been featured on Forbes and on stages nationwide. She has her BFA in Design and is working towards a Master of Science in Executive Coaching & Organizational Consulting at New York University.

With a lifetime of experience in design and entrepreneurship, she learned that creativity and self-trust are essential for innovation. She helps leaders and teams gain clarity, confidence and become strong communicators.
