Biography
Rudy Laddaga showed an interest in cinema, business, and technology from an early age. At the age of 12, he graduated as a Systems Analyst Programmer, and a couple of years later, he founded his first venture. As an entrepreneur, he has won important national and international awards, including the DELL American Express Award for the most innovative SME, Entrepreneur of the Year by Grupo Expansión, the Medal of Merit from the Tecnológico de Monterrey, and three times winner of the World Summit Award for digital innovations.
In 2005 the World Summit Award chose him as an expert for Mexico. Since then, he has participated with 180 digital content experts from different countries, documenting and recognizing the best digital innovations in the world.
Today Rudy Laddaga is a member of the Board of Directors of the World Summit Award, a Member of the Board of Directors of the Industry 4.0 Cluster, and directs Gnius Club, the first Digital Innovation Laboratory for children. He is also the founder and director of ABC Citizens, an initiative with a group of experts in communication and social anthropology to create educational content that helps build citizenship.
