David B. Peterson, PhD, has been recognized as a world-class executive coach and thought leader in leadership and executive development for over 25 years. As co-founder and Chief Transformation Officer at 7 Paths Forward, LLC, he provides executive coaching and leadership development programs to top executives in companies ranging from Amazon and Apple to Waymo and Zoom, as well as highly-regarded virtual training and development programs for leaders and executive coaches around the world. Previously, David was head of Google’s Executive Coaching & Leadership team, where he built one of the world’s most innovative and high-impact coaching programs, and led the agile organization design team to help prepare Google to address emergent and disruptive leadership challenges, as well as coaching hundreds of Google’s senior leaders on their most complex and emergent challenges.
