How is society affected by unemployment?
It’s a problem for society that they’re out of the workforce because you want them in, and you want to do everything to make sure that people are in the workforce. It’s not just about people themselves it’s about the meaning that they have of contributing.
And it’s about looking after one another. I think this is how labor markets are most successful by being as inclusive as possible and by reducing the barriers to let people participate and make sure that their skills, their talents are used.
