Kaveh is a highly skilled professional with expertise in executive coaching and positive behavioral change. With an extensive educational background that includes an MBA, MSc, MAPPCP, and MCC certifications, he has worked with executives on crucial psychological processes such as cognition, motivation, learning, perception, sensation, and emotion. Kaveh’s passion lies in enhancing performance, engagement, well-being, transitions, and leadership. As a tutor, mentor, and assessor at Henley Business School, an Honorary Lecturer at the University of Liverpool, and a trainer at the Institute of Strategic Leadership and Coaching (ISLC) in China, he is constantly driven to empower individuals to achieve their maximum potential.

Throughout his career, Kaveh has devoted himself to advancing the coaching profession. Over the past seven years, he has been honored to serve on the UK ICF and ICF Global Professional Coaches board. This invaluable experience has allowed him to contribute to the growth and development of the coaching community and shape the industry’s finest practices. Throughout his career, he has had the privilege of coaching executives from renowned international companies such as Deloitte, Amazon, HSBC, Novartis, Mars, Google, X, Uber, Pepsi-Cola, IBM, and Coca-Cola. Before embarking on his journey as an executive coach, he held various senior leadership positions, providing him with invaluable insights into the complexities of organizational dynamics and the challenges leaders face. As a forward-thinking entrepreneur, he also had the opportunity to establish a technology start-up company. In this capacity, he effectively led every aspect of the organization’s design and development, marketing, and sales.
