Anna Gallotti, LLM, MCC, has 20+ years of experience in the coaching profession. Obtaining a master’s degree in European Law (LCC), Anna went on to complete the Master Certified Coach (MCC) certificate from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the highest level of certification recognized internationally, in 2010. Since obtaining the MCC certification, Anna now serves as an MCC examiner for ICF. Anna is a global entrepreneur, running three companies, two in France and one in the US. She is the Founder and Programs Director of The Group Coaching Institute, teaching professionals how to problem-solve, Co-Owner and Director of Welead Coaching, a high-level coaching service, and Owner and Director of Share Global Coaching for a Greater Future, an executive and group coaching firm with a focus on leadership development.
Anna provides individual, team, and group coaching worldwide, as well as leadership training programs. She serves both long-standing and new clients in Fortune 500 & CAC 40 companies. In addition to her work as a coach, Anna is also a writer who recently finished a third book on coaching for Executives and Managers, which for the moment is in French. As an expert coach, Anna regularly contributes to Forbes articles and actively participates in ICF advancement as a volunteer leader on various committees.
