I wonder if...a true coaching culture could take root—becoming a foundational part of organizational life—where every employee and employer feels safe and free to be their authentic selves, respects one another as equal partners, shares a genuine belief in the organization’s core values, vision, and mission, and is supported in pursuing their own unique life purpose.
